When it comes to womanhood, our mental, physical, and emotional health is beautiful, yet challenging...inspiring, yet difficult...and incredible, yet frustrating at times.
To encapsulate the remarkable strength of and shine a light on women's health and well-being, we've selected Mind, Body, and Soul as this event's guiding and interconnected wellness pillars.
Our thoughts and feelings (Mind) often affect how we feel about ourselves and our situations (Soul) which often affects our physical well-being (Body).

LEADERS & EXPERIENCES
At Mind - Body - Soul, our guests were entranced by an uplifting and supportive environment, surrounded by women who have a niche for wellness and had the opportunity to engage with fellow guests and learn about various women's health topics from our wellness speaker, self-defense class leader, and vendors.

Wellness Speaker
RoseAda Watts White, owner of LFT-Lifestyle Fitness Training and Balance360 Health & Wellness, shared an educational, interactive, and inspiring message on women's wellness to all guests. RoseAda holds degrees in Culinary Arts and Nutrition/Dietetics, and she is a Certified Fitness Coach and Nutrition Specialist.
Balance360 Health & Wellness aims to support leaders on their wellness journey in order to shift their relationship with food and movement. This is accomplished through sustainable systems, tools and resources. Balance360 provides nutrition coaching, fitness training and wellness strategy coaching.
Self-Defense Class
Jessica Cliff, owner of Brooklyn Kung Fu, led our guests through an adaptive self-defense class. Jessica has been to numerous competitions throughout the U.S.A. and Canada and have even had the opportunity to represent Team U.S.A. at the Shuai Chiao World Championship Tournament in Rome, Italy in May of 2014.
U.S. Shuai Chiao Kung Fu, AKA "Brooklyn Kung Fu" is a family-owned business established in 2011 in the heart of Brooklyn, Ohio. They offer a fun, safe environment for men, women, and children. In addition to the event class, each guest received a certificate for a free introductory class to redeem by 6/30/2023.
Emcee + DJ
Jaime Kravitz, owner of The Energy Producer, is a Professional Master of Ceremonies (emcee) who specializes in using her energy, voice, and expertise to enhance and lead event experiences.
Through humor + authentic connection, Jaime has a unique ability to connect with the audience, and influence impact so hosts + organizers can be the true face of their production.
Mind - Body - Soul marks the third event that we hosted with Jaime!
Activities
Self-affirmation bracelet, photobooth sponsored by Shape Cleveland, flower wall, & fruit water station.
Raffle Baskets
Our raffle baskets contain wellness-related items which are graciously donated from business near and far!
